The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten Anime Unveils Mahiru Shiina Idol Project

Second season is set to premiere in April 2026.

The The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten franchise has officially unveiled a new idol-themed project centered on its beloved heroine, Mahiru Shiina. To kick off the initiative, a new visual and a song cover of “BLUE LAGOON” have been released on YouTube.

The project’s launch coincides with new details about the anime’s highly anticipated Season 2, which is now set to premiere in April 2026. The sequel will once again be produced by Project No.9, with Chihiro Kumano returning to direct.
