To celebrate the live-action BLUE LOCK movie surpassing ¥1 billion at the Japanese box office, the editorial team of Weekly Shonen Magazine (Kodansha) has launched a special campaign.
As part of the first phase, illustrations from Hajime Isayama, Hiro Mashima, and other manga creators will be released online. These illustrations were originally included in the admission bonus booklet for BLUE LOCK THE MOVIE -EPISODE NAGI-.
The campaign began on September 2 on the official BLUE LOCK manga X account, with Hajime Isayama‘s illustration being the first to be revealed.

The following creators are also scheduled to have their illustrations released: Shuichi Aso, Yoshitoki Oima, Tsutomu Ogure, Kazue Kato, Nakaba Suzuki, Yuji Terashima, Niisatoru, Negi Haruba, Hiroyuki, Hiro Mashima, Muthimaro, Mokumoku Ren, Takeshi Yasuda, Tsubasa Yamaguchi, Soichiro Yamamoto, and Karma Ryufu.
More details about the second and third phases of the campaign will be announced at a later date.
The BLUE LOCK live-action movie was released in Japan on August 7 and surpassed ¥1 billion at the box office by August 25.
