A new Phantom Thief has joined the cast of Star Detective Precure!, the latest entry in Toei Animation’s long-running Precure franchise.
Starting with the latest episode, Kohei Amasaki voices Decchi Agein, a mysterious new enemy who is said to have an old connection with Usonoir, the Phantom Thieves’ leader from the first half of the series. Decchi Agein also possesses the ability to transcend time and space.
