To mark the 5th anniversary of JUJUTSU KAISEN, the hit anime by Gege Akutami, Studio MAPPA has unveiled the first commemorative visual. Originally premiering on October 3, 2020, the series will celebrate its milestone 5th anniversary on October 3 this year.
The first season of the JUJUTSU KAISEN TV anime aired from October 2020 to March 2021. Following the release of the first film, JUJUTSU KAISEN 0, on December 24, 2021, the second season covering the “Hidden Inventory / Premature Death” arc aired from July to December 2023. On May 30, a compilation film of the “Hidden Inventory / Premature Death” arc premiered. From October 17th in Japan, a revival screening of “JUJUTSU KAISEN 0 Movie” will be released.
5th Anniversary Visual:
On August 31 at 8:30 PM, the JUJUTSU KAISEN 5th Anniversary Special Program will be streamed, featuring Junya Enoki (Yuji Itadori), Yuma Uchida (Megumi Fushiguro), and Asami Seto (Nobara Kugisaki).
The program will include a special discussion with the main cast to celebrate the anime’s fifth anniversary, along with five major announcements including the latest updates on the upcoming sequel, Culling Game.
