The production team of HAIGAKURA has announced a postponement of episodes 8 and beyond to ensure the highest quality for the remainder of the series.
Following discussions with the committee, it was decided that additional time was necessary to craft the animation and storytelling in a way that fully captures the beauty and essence of the series.

Later, it continued its serialization on Zero-Sum Online starting September 18, 2015. By August 2023, the manga comprised sixteen tankoubon volumes.
In the Immortal Realm, where both Immortals and humans reside, the story centers on Ichiyou, a poet seeking the malevolent god, who threatens the realm’s collapse. Alongside Ichiyou is a middle-level god with forgotten memories, engaging in a battle against formidable odds.
