An anime adaptation is underway for The Story of An Exploration Hero Who Has Worked His Way Up From Common People light novel series. Authored by Kaito and illustrated by Arumikku, the novels, published under HJBunko, started in 2021 and have reached the seventh volume as of September.
Official announcement:
The plot revolves around a high school student who becomes a hero after defeating a gold slime in a dungeon, obtaining a rare item called the Servant Card. Originally a web novel in 2019, it has also spawned a manga adaptation by Terio Teri.
