The anime anthology Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26 has been nominated in the Short-Form Series category at the 54th International Emmy Awards. The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced the nominees Sept. 23.
The Japanese production is one of four nominees in the category. It will compete with Belgium’s De Klas van 2000, Brazil’s Jornada da Vida: Rio Mekong and Canada’s Peoplewatching – Season 3.
The anthology adapts eight one-shot manga stories written by creator Tatsuki Fujimoto between the ages of 17 and 26. The animated versions were made by six studios and seven directors, with each team adapting a different story. Tatsuki Fujimoto is also known for manga including Chainsaw Man and Look Back.
The series made its worldwide streaming debut on Prime Video in November 2025. Its nomination places the anthology among 64 nominees across 16 International Emmy categories, representing 22 countries, according to the Academy.
Winners will be announced at the 54th International Emmy Awards gala in New York City on Nov. 23.
