Rakuraku Hanten, an original short anime about a mafia family, will premiere on YouTube in September 2026. A new YouTube channel and X account have launched, featuring a trailer, character visuals, and cast information.

Nine Dragons’ Ball Parade writer Mikiyasu Kamada is handling the main scenario, while illustrator Niigata Ammon is designing the characters. Plott is responsible for planning and production, with TO2KYO2 handling the key visual and logo design.
The story follows Tenma, a young man searching for his mentor, Mugoku. His journey leads him to a Chinese restaurant in “District 99,” where he meets a mafia family that runs the restaurant by day and fights rival organizations at night.
Tenma takes a test to join the family and, after overcoming several challenges, becomes one of its members. As he faces rival groups, he grows stronger and builds bonds with his new comrades.
