A new character visual from the upcoming TV anime The Villainess Is Adored by the Prince of the Neighboring Kingdom, designed by Majiro, has been unveiled. The series is scheduled to premiere in January 2026.

The light novel series “The Villainess Is Adored by the Prince of the Neighboring Kingdom” first began serialization on the Shōsetsuka ni Naro website in March 2026. The series is published in print in Japan by Enterbrain under the B’s Log Bunko imprint, with 14 volumes released so far. It is written by Puni-chan and illustrated by Akeno Naruse.
The Villainess’s Daughter Captivates the Crown Prince of a Neighboring Kingdom is a romantic fantasy about Tiararose Lapis Clementille, who is reincarnated as the villainess in her favorite otome game. Steam describes as follows:
“Am I…inside my favorite otome game!?”
The main character had reincarnated to the world of “The Ring of Lapis Lazuli”, her favorite otome game―but as the villainess, Tiara Rose.
The story progresses accordingly to the original otome game, and her engagement with Prince Hartknights, the crown prince from Lapis Lazuli, breaks off.
However, a sweet and surprising plot twist occurs when Aquasteed, the crown prince of the neighboring country Marinforest, suddenly appears to propose a marriage to her.
