The Ramparts of Ice Anime Adaptation Officially Announced!

Kocha Agasawa‘s The Ramparts of Ice is being adapted into a TV anime! To celebrate the announcement, Agasawa has shared a special commemorative illustration. Details on the staff, cast, and release date have yet to be revealed.

The Ramparts of Ice was initially self-published as a webtoon before being serialized on the Line Manga app from January 2020 to April 2022. Shueisha has since released thirteen collected volumes.

The story follows a solitary high school girl whose cold demeanor and aloof expressions make her seem unapproachable. However, her world shifts when a boy unexpectedly seeks her company. As two more classmates join in, their frustrating yet heartwarming youth begins to unfold.
