One-Punch Man Season 3 Premieres in 2025!

The “10 Punches Project,” celebrating the 10th anniversary of the anime One-Punch Man by ONE and Yusuke Murata, has officially launched.

New details have been revealed regarding the upcoming third season of the anime. It is set to premiere in 2025 as the “1st Punch.” Additionally, a special 10th-anniversary visual and logo have been unveiled as the “2nd Punch,” followed by the release of a 10th-anniversary promotional video as the “3rd Punch.”

The part of Season 3 staff has been revealed:

• Series composition: Tomohiro Suzuki returns for the third time.
• Music: Makoto Miyazaki
• Character design: Chikashi Kubota, Shinjiro Kuroda and Ryosuke Shirakawa
• Animation production: J.C. STAFF continues from the second season.

In addition to Makoto Furukawa as Saitamaand Hikaru Midorikawa as Garou, Daisuke Namikawa has been announced to join the cast as Dr. Genus from the first season.

One-Punch Man started as a self-published webcomic by ONE in 2009. Shueisha began publishing the edition in 2012, and it has been compiled into 26 volumes as of June 2022. The latter was published under the Jump Comics label.

The first season of One-Punch Man was produced by Madhouse and directed by Shingo Natsume, and the second season was produced by J.C.Staff and directed byChikara Sakurai. VIZ Media publishes the manga series in English and Crunchyroll streams the anime, here’s the synopsis:

Saitama started out being a hero just for fun. After three years of “special” training, he became so powerful that he can defeat opponents with a single punch. Now, alongside Genos, his faithful cyborg disciple, Saitama is ready to begin his official duties as a professional hero working with the Hero Association.

However, the frequency of monster appearances is surging and it increasingly appears as if the Great Seer Madame Shibabawa’s prediction about the Earth’s doom is coming true. In the midst of this crisis, the “hero hunter” Garou makes his own appearance.
