ONE PIECE franchise is expanding its collaborations with major sports teams, unveiling its latest partnership with Borussia Dortmund (BVB).The collaboration, “BVB x ONE PIECE DAY 2025,” will take place on March 30, 2025, during BVB’s match against FSV Mainz 05.
Borussia Dortmund will host a special One Piece-themed football game featuring an Instagram takeover, a live appearance by Tony Tony Chopper and BVB mascot EMMA, and exclusive goodie bags with a scarf, stickers, and a promo card. Fans can also try out the One Piece card game by Bandai throughout the stadium. Special matchday posters and trading cards featuring One Piece characters in BVB kits will be raffled on BVB’s Instagram

As announced at Jump Festa 2025 last December, ONE PIECE will return in April 6 with the highly anticipated Egghead arc, bringing fresh weekly episodes after a six-month production break. Toei Animation Inc. distributes the series in its original Japanese with English, Spanish, and Portuguese subtitles, as well as dubbed versions in these languages for audiences in North America, Latin America, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
