Yuritaro‘s Kaya-chan wa Kowakunai is set to be adapted into a TV anime, accompanied by a newly released teaser visual. Details on the release date, staff, and cast have yet to be announced.

Since April 2022, Yuritaro has been serializing Kaya-chan wa Kowakunai on Shinchosha‘s Kurage Bunch manga website. The latest, sixth tankobon volume of the manga is scheduled for release in Japan on November 9.

The story centers on Kaya, a well-known troublemaker in her kindergarten class, and her teacher, Chie, who has been asked to keep a close eye on her. One day, Kaya unexpectedly pushes her friend off the swing. While it appears to be a cruel act, it turns out that Kaya possesses a secret ability to see spirits.
