Hiroya Oku’s GIGANT to Receive Theatrical Anime Adaptation

Hiroya Oku‘s manga GIGANT is getting a theatrical anime film adaptation. The project was officially revealed during a press conference hosted by K2 Pictures in Cannes, where the Cannes Film Festival is currently taking place.

GIGANT vol. 2 jacket:

Originally serialized in Big Comic Superior by Shogakukan from 2017 to 2021, GIGANT will become K2 Pictures’ first animated feature film project. Additional details, including the release date, will be announced at a later time.

Seven Seas Entertainment publishes in English and describes the first volume as follows:
