The theatrical anime Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dear Friend will collaborate with the Fujisawa Enoshima Fireworks Festival, taking place on October 17 at Nishihama Beach in Katase Coast, Kanagawa.
Starting October 9, special collaboration posters will be displayed across Enoshima and Fujisawa, including Fujisawa City Hall, Fujisawa City Tourism Center, Katase Enoshima Tourist Information Center, Katase Subana Street, and Odakyu Electric Railway stations between Katase-Enoshima Station and Chuo-Rinkan Station.
On the day of the festival, fireworks will be launched to songs from the Rascal Does Not Dream series from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM. During the fireworks show, Mai Sakurajima will also make special announcements.
The event will also be broadcast live on Radio Shonan and J:COM TV.

The TV anime’s first season aired in 2018. The Rascal Does Not Dream series will come to an end with Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dear Friend, which will be released in Japan on October 16. The final film will reveal the truth behind the mysterious “Puberty Syndrome” that has affected high school and college students throughout the series.
