The second key visual for the TV anime Magical Explorer: Reborn as a Side Character in a Fantasy Dating Sim has been released. The anime will premiere on October 3, 2026.
A second PV has also been released. ASCA performs both the opening and ending theme songs. The ending theme is “Double Wings”, while the opening theme, “Remedy”, can be heard in the new PV. Additional cast members have also been announced.

The original novel, Magical Explorer: Reborn as a Side Character in a Fantasy Dating Sim, first appeared on Shosetsuka ni Naro in February 2018. A print version is published in Japan by Kadokawa Shoten under the Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko label, with 12 volumes available so far.
An English version of the light novel and its manga adaptation is published by Yen Press. The manga features artwork by Yukari Higa:
