The special anime HAIKYU!!: Where Monsters Go, based on Haruichi Furudate’s manga, has revealed new teaser visual, school visuals, and an action-packed promotional video. The special anime is scheduled to premiere in 2027.
Fukurōdani Academy, led by their popular ace Kōtarō Bokuto, faces Mujinazaka High and their star player Wakatsu Kiryū in a must-win match for both teams.

A collaboration between the anime HAIKYU!! and the Emut presents SV.LEAGUE ALL STAR GAMES 2026-27 HOKKAIDO has also been announced. Ayumu Murase, the voice of Shoyo Hinata, appeared at the event.
The collaboration will include newly recorded audio, character photo spots, and a special costume greeting event.
The special anime “HAIKYU!!: Where Monsters Go” will feature the quarterfinal match between Fukurodani, led by Bokuto Kotaro, and Mujinazaka, led by Kiryu Wakatsu.

Crunchyroll is streaming all four TV anime seasons of the HAIKYU!! adaptation and describes the series as follows:
Based off of the original Weekly Shonen Jump manga series from Haruichi Furudate, Haikyu!! is a slice-of-life sports anime revolving around Shoyo Hinata’s love of volleyball. Inspired by a small-statured pro volleyball player, Hinata creates a volleyball team in his last year of middle school. Unfortunately the team is matched up against the “King of the Court” Tobio Kageyama’s team in their first tournament and inevitably lose. After the crushing defeat, Hinata vows to surpass Kageyama After entering high school, Hinata joins the volleyball team only to find that Tobio has also joined.
