To celebrate the 20th anniversary of FAIRY TAIL and the launch of a brand-new series, creator Hiro Mashima has revealed a special commemorative illustration.
Starting July 29, FAIRY TAIL RE:FANTASIA began its short-term serialization in Weekly Shonen Magazine Issue #35, published by Kodansha.
The newly released commemorative illustrations will also be included as postcards in the special edition of the FAIRY TAIL RE:FANTASIA collected volume, which is scheduled to be released on October 16.
Mashima has also announced a nationwide autograph tour in Japan. The events will take place in Nagoya (October 24), Hokkaido (November 7), Osaka (November 21), Fukuoka (December 5), and Tokyo (December 12). More information about how to apply will be announced on the series’ official 20th anniversary website.
