Donguri Republic, the official Studio Ghibli merchandise store, will open its first-ever U.S. location on June 23 at Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, California.
The limited-time store will run for six months and offer more than 400 officially licensed products inspired by popular Studio Ghibli films, including My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle, Kiki’s Delivery Service, Princess Mononoke, and The Boy and the Heron.
Designed to recreate the magical atmosphere of the beloved films, the shop will feature themed displays, wood-inspired interiors, and a giant Totoro display waiting at a bus stop with the Catbus.
To celebrate the opening, customers who spend $100 or more will receive a limited-edition Los Angeles tote bag while supplies last. Fans attending screenings during Studio Ghibli Fest 2026 can also receive exclusive film-style bookmarks with qualifying purchases.
