The Prince of Tennis Anime Unveils 25th Anniversary Visual and Logo, Announces Special Projects

Anniversary celebration through 2027!

The 25th anniversary logo and commemorative key visual for The Prince of Tennis anime series, based on the original manga by Takeshi Konomi, have been officially revealed.

Originally broadcast on the TV Tokyo network in October 2001, The Prince of Tennis became a major hit and has remained a beloved sports anime franchise for over two decades. Its sequel, The New Prince of Tennis, was adapted into a television anime in 2012, continuing the story from the Kanto Tournament to the National Tournament and eventually the U-17 World Cup arc.

To celebrate the franchise’s 25th anniversary in October 2026, a series of special projects and events will be held throughout the anniversary year, running until December 2027.
