The new OVA Fairy Princess Minky Momo: Akogare no Yume e – Magokoro no Duo is set for a nationwide theatrical release on November 13, including screenings at Shinjuku Wald 9.
To celebrate Minky Momo’s birthday on May 30, a special commemorative illustration has been unveiled by Kunihiko Yuyama, the chief director of the original anime series.
Fairy Princess Minky Momo: Akogare no Yume e -Magokoro no Duo- is a special theatrical screening version of a completely new OVA produced to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Ashi Productions.

The first Fairy Princess Minky Momo TV series aired in 1982, with Mami Koyama voicing Momo. A second series followed in 1992, starring Megumi Hayashibara as a new version of the character. Both TV series are currently available on Crunchyroll:
