That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Tears of the Azure Sea Reveals New Official Clip

The main video of anime film  “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Tears of the Azure Sea” “Setting Off for Vacation!” has been released. Set to premiere in Japan on February 27, 2026, the movie will present an entirely original story, with Fuse overseeing the project and providing the initial draft.

Crunchyroll has acquired the worldwide theatrical rights for That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Tears of the Azure Sea, except in most Asian countries. Fans outside Asia will soon be able to watch the movie in theaters.

Based on the light novels by Fuse, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, Crunchyroll offers streaming for every preceding season of “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime,” along with the Scarlet Bond movie and the newly released Visions of Coleus OVA, available in both subtitled and dubbed versions.

After concluding the opening ceremony of the Demon Kingdom Federation Tempest, Rimuru and his companions are invited by the Celestial Emperor Hermesia of the great elven nation – the Magi Dynasty Salion – to visit her private resort island. As the group enjoys their brief vacation, a mysterious woman named Yura appears. A new incident unfolds against the backdrop of the boundless azure sea.
