The production of the final installment of Kaguya-sama: Love Is War by Aka Akasaka, has officially been announced. Based on a newly written original draft by Akasaka himself, the project will take the form of a completely new theatrical film.
A special report video was released alongside the announcement. Commenting on the project, Akasaka stated:
“It’s something new, yet nostalgic. I hope to deliver a completely new work—and I’m confident this will be the final Kaguya-sama I can present.”

In addition, the ending theme of the new TV special “Kaguya-sama: Love Is War“, titled “Otona e no Kaidan” (The Stairway to Adulthood), broadcast today, December 31st, is in charge of Kaguya Shinomiya, played by Aoi Koga. The song is called “Red and Blue”.
