A “light anime” adaptation of Saioshi no Gikei wo Mederu Tame, Nagaiki Shimasu! has officially been announced, along with its principal cast and staff details. The adaptation is scheduled to premiere in January 2026. The project is directed by Yusuke Morishita and produced at Imagica Infos/Imageworks Studio.

Tenma Asahi writes and Kazuaki illustrates the original light novel series Saioshi no Gikei o Mederu Tame, Nagaikishimasu!, published by AlphaPolis, with a manga adaptation illustrated by Aki Tsujimoto.
The story centers on a young man reborn as Alba, a minor character in his favorite otome game. After realizing he is fated to die to further his step-brother Orsis’s story arc, Alba does everything he can to avoid his death flags and keep doting on Orsis.
