Following the broadcast of today’s season finale, it has been officially announced that The Summer Hikaru Died will return for a second season. The confirmation came with the release of a brand-new visual and an announcement PV. The series is available for streaming worldwide on Netflix.
To celebrate the greenlight for Season 2, a special illustrations has been released by character designer and chief animation director Yuichi Takahashi & the manga creator Mokumokuren.
