Gege Akutami’s JUJUTSU KAISEN spin-off, JUJUTSU KAISEN Modulo, began a short-term intensive serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump No. 41 (Shueisha), released today, September 8. The series is also available in English on the Shonen Jump and MANGA Plus apps. While the original story is by Akutami, the artwork is handled by Yuji Iwasaki.

JUJUTSU KAISEN was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from issue 4 of 2018 to issue 44 of 2024. The latest issue features “JUJUTSU KAISEN Modulo” on the cover and in the opening color pages, spanning 54 pages. An official promotional video for the series has also been released.
Alongside the manga’s release, the official JUJUTSU KAISEN accounts revealed that a new spin-off novel, penned by horror writer Yumeaki Hirayama, is currently in the works.
The original JUJUTSU KAISEN manga by Gege Akutami ran from March 2018 to September 2024, totaling 30 volumes. The upcoming JUJUTSU KAISEN: The Culling Game anime will premiere in January 2026 on Crunchyroll.
