Rin, the beloved heroine from the iconic anime music video “Shelter”, is getting her own POP UP PARADE SP figure in celebration of the short film’s upcoming 10th anniversary. Pre-orders are open until September 10 (JST) via Good Smile Company’s online store, priced at 7,500 yen / US$48.99, with shipping scheduled for January 2026 (Q2 2026 for the US).
Sculpted by Dogu, the figure stands at approximately 200 mm (7.87 inches) and comes with a grassy display base. Official images highlight Rin’s detailed design, staying faithful to her on-screen appearance.

Released in October 2016, Shelter was a six-minute animated short created by Porter Robinson in collaboration with A-1 Pictures. It follows Rin, a young girl living alone in a virtual world, voiced by Sachika Misawa.
The production featured an acclaimed staff lineup, including Toshifumi Akai (director/storyboard), Megumi Kono (character design), Yusuke Takeda (background art), Yuya Sakuma (compositing), and Yuichi Fukushima (animation producer). The video has since surpassed 87 million views on YouTube, cementing its status as a modern anime classic.
