Stars Wars: Visions Volume 3 Officially Announced for 2025!

Streaming exclusively on Disney+.

Volume 3 of the series Star Wars: Visions, which showcases unique interpretations of the Star Wars universe by different anime studios, is set to premiere exclusively on Disney+ in 2025.

Official announcement:

The first volume of Star Wars: Visions premiered on September 22, 2021, showcasing a collection of animated shorts created by renowned Japanese studios, including Kamikaze Doga, Studio Colorido, TRIGGER, Kinema Citrus, Production I.G, Science SARU, and Geno Studio.

The second volume debuted on May 4, 2023, featuring a diverse lineup of shorts produced by animation studios from around the world: Cartoon Saloon (Ireland), PunkRobot Studio (Chile), Studio Mir (South Korea), Aardman Animations (UK), Triggerfish Animation Studios (South Africa), D’ART Shtajio (Japan), Studio La Cachette (France), 88 Pictures (India), and El Guiri Studios (Spain).

The studios involved in creating shorts for Star Wars Visions Volume 3 include the following:

  • David Production
  • Production I.G.
  • TRIGGER
  • Kinema Citrus
  • Kamikaze Douga
  • WIT STUDIO
  • Polygon Pictures
  • Project Studio Q

Star Wars: Visions is a project where animation studios reimagine the “Star Wars” universe, presenting original stories and unique perspectives based on their creative vision.
