Additional cast members for the TV anime Wuliao Jiu Wanjie have been announced. The Japanese dub of the series premiered on April 2.

Wuliao Jiu Wanjie premiered on the Chinese video platform Bilibili in July 2024. The story centers around Mocha, a regular office worker who leads a dull life—until she becomes infected by an alien parasite that will cause her to literally die from boredom. Despite the life-threatening situation, she continues to go to work. However, Yasen, a bumbling alien superhero, is determined to do whatever it takes to save her.
