The theatrical anime Witch on the Holy Night will be released on November 20 in Japan. Alongside the announcement, a new release date trailer and the first key visual were revealed. The film is animated by ufotable.

TYPE-MOON, known for the acclaimed game app “Fate/Grand Order” and the epic visual novel “Tsukihime“, is publishing the visual novel “Witch on the Holy Night“, first released in 2012 as a PC version, on Steam. Discover a young adult’s story, set in the dynamic, fast-paced 80s, following an innocent young man and two young “witches”.
Set in the late 1980s, the story follows a boy who moves to a city where two modern-day witches live in a mansion on a hill. Coming from completely different worlds, the three characters gradually cross paths, setting the stage for a mysterious and emotional story.
