WIT STUDIO has produced a Google Play short anime series titled “Google Play de Chou Musou!? Tenseishitara Android User datta..“. Starting today, June 16, and running through July 21, a new 15-second episode will be released weekly on Google Play’s official YouTube channel and X (formerly Twitter) account.
The anime features Daiki Yamashita as Ando, Shiori Izawa as Guma, and Marina Inoue as Nekomaru. The theme song, “Insomnia,” is performed by Eve.
Yasuhiro Akamatsu, the director of the Attack on Titan TV anime, is helming the project. Masaaki Yuasa contributes to the visual concept, KURO serves as the character designer, and Masafumi Mima is overseeing the sound direction.
In “Google Play de Chou Musou!? Tenseishitara Android User datta..“, the main character, a passionate gamer, is suddenly reincarnated into the “Google Play World” a universe where gaming skills are held in the highest regard. With an Android smartphone mysteriously in hand, he quickly finds himself swept up in a series of events that would make any gamer jealous.
