The TV anime adaptation of Matoba‘s romantic comedy manga Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included is scheduled to premiere in April 2024, as announced on the official website, after a reveal in October 2023.

The main cast includes Shuichiro Umeda and Hikaru Tono, and new additions are Tsumugi Tsutsumi by Hana Tamegai, Noeru Izumi by Saori Onishi, Lilishka by Yui Ogura, and Hisui Tsurumi by Kanon Takao. Directed by Kenta Onishi at Studio Okuruto Noboru, with Shogo Yasukawa handling series composition, Yuya Uetake as the character designer, and Shunsuke Takizawa as the soundtrack composer. The original manga, serialized in Square Enix’s Monthly Shonen Gangan, currently has six volumes released in Japan.
