The light novel series Shirobuta Kizuko Desuga Zense no Kioku ga Haeta node Hiyoko na Otouto Sodatemasu is receiving a TV anime adaptation, as announced by publisher TO Books.

The series, written by Yashiro and illustrated by keepout, began publication under the TO Books label in 2020 and will release its 12th volume on July 20, 2024. The light novels have also inspired a manga adaptation by Yokowake and have surpassed 500,000 copies in total sales.
The story follows Ageha, an overweight eldest son of a count, as he raises his motherless younger half-brother Regulus, despite knowing that Regulus will kill him in the future.
