Rurouni Kenshin Season 2 Shares New Trailer and First Key Visual!

The new PV shows Kenshin fighting!

The first key visual and the second PV of the TV anime “Rurouni Kenshin Season 2” by Nobuhiro Watsuki have been released. The season 2, which premieres in October, will be treated to two back-to-back cours. The second season of the series is subtitled “Kyoto Disturbance“.

The artist of the ending theme was decided to be NOMELON NOLEMON‘s “Suiko Setten”.

The first season of Rurouni Kenshin premiered in July and ran for two consecutive cours and will stream on Crunchyroll. Viz Media describes the Rurouni Kenshin manga as:

One hundred and forty years ago in Kyoto, with he coming of the American “Black Ships,” there arose a warrior who, felling men with his bloodstained blade, gained the name Hitokiri, manslayer! His killer blade helped close the turbulent Bakumatsu era and slashed open the progressive age known as Meiji. Then he vanished, and with the flow of years, became legend.
