Rie Takahashi has announced that she will be taking a break of approximately one month to undergo surgery for a vocal cord nodule. The voice actress shared the news on her official X account as well as the website of her agency, 81 Produce.

She explained that the surgery is intended for his long-term well-being and future activities. She plans to take a short break of about a month but will determine his return to work based on his recovery after the procedure.
Born on February 27 in Saitama Prefecture, Takahashi will star in two anime series premiering this spring: she plays Ouka in The Shiunji Family Children and Kara Minami in WITCH WATCH.
