Aniplex USA has unveiled a new teaser visual and video for the upcoming « University Arc » of the anime series Rascal Does Not Dream, titled Rascal Does Not Dream of Santa Claus. The anime is set to premiere in 2025.

A mysterious Miniskirt Santa who suddenly appears before Sakuta. She introduces herself as « Toko Kirishima, » a popular anonymous online singer. She claims to be going around and gifting Puberty Syndrome.

_{Kaito Ishikawa as Sakuta Azusagawa}

A first-year statistical science student at a university in Yokohama. He’s an odd-ball who doesn’t own a smartphone in this day and age.

_{Asami Seto as Mai Sakurajima}

A famous actress who took a break for a year after enrolling in university, and is now a first-year student alongside her boyfriend Sakuta.

PROLOGUE:
After encountering various girls going through Puberty Syndrome, Sakuta Azusagawa’s high school days have come to a close, and he is now a university student.

He enrolls at a university in Kanazawa-hakkei alongside his girlfriend Mai Sakurajima, a nationally famed actress. Off campus, he stumbles upon an out-of-season miniskirt Santa.

« I’m surprised. So, you can see me. »

This is a phrase he’s heard somewhere before. This miniskirt Santa, who claims to be gifting Puberty Syndrome to people, tells Sakuta…
« My name… is Toko Kirishima. »

Precognitive dreams, an anonymous online singer, poltergeists buzzing on social media… A mysterious tale with enigmatic phenomenons surrounding girls with wavering hearts starts again.
