The third season of Ranma 1/2 will premiere on October 3, with both new and returning cast members.
Among the new additions is Seiya from the comedy duo Shimofuri Myojo, who will also serve as the anime’s official promotional ambassador. His role in the series has not yet been revealed and will be announced at a later date.
Konosuke Uda, who worked on the previous seasons, returns as director, while animation production will once again be handled by MAPPA.

Netflix describes the story as follows:
Ranma Saotome and Akane Tendo’s parents have arranged for them to get married. However, there’s a problem: whenever Ranma is splashed with cold water, he turns into a girl! The stage is set for a slapstick martial arts rom-com filled with quirky characters!
