A new trailer for Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos The Movie: Part 1 & Part 2 has been released. The film is set to premiere exclusively on Netflix on August 22, as already announced.

Sailor Moon Cosmos brings to life the climactic showdown of the Shadow Galactica arc from the original manga series, which was previously depicted as the final arc of the original Sailor Moon anime under the title Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. The first installment of Cosmos premiered on June 9, 2023, with the second film following closely on June 30, 2023, both captivating audiences in Japan.
The Cosmos saga unfolds following the release of the two-part Sailor Moon Eternal film in early 2021 in Japan, later debuting worldwide on Netflix on June 3, 2021.

This film covers the Shadow Galactica arc, which is the final chapter of the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon series. Sailor Moon must stand up and fight once again when a new enemy called Shadow Galactica, an organization bent on destroying everything and ruling the universe, begins eliminating her friends one by one. Her task requires her to persevere when solitude threatens to overwhelm her. Will she be able to protect those she loves? What awaits her beyond the battle? Sailor Moon fights on despite the pressure of her self-imposed mission as the final chapter of the Sailor Guardians begins.
