A new feature-length animated film based on the Pokémon Trading Card Game, titled Pokémon: Wild Card, is set to release in 2027. A teaser and a special teaser visual have been unveiled. The film will mark the first new Pokémon movie in seven years.
The announcement was made during the Pokémon World Championships 2026 in San Francisco, USA.
