The TV anime Ore to Yu nii!, based on the original manga by Miyuki Nakayama, will premiere in January 2027. A new teaser PV has been released, along with details about the latest addition to the main staff.

Shota x Oni follows the everyday life of Tsubaki, an elementary school boy who does his utmost to amuse his childhood friend Yu. In return, Yu can’t help but act adorable—much to Tsubaki’s delight. Originally launched as a social media comic, the series quickly gained popularity and was selected as one of the inaugural titles of Square Enix’s Gangan BLiss label in 2021.
