To celebrate Ninja Day, the anime Nintama Rantaro shared a new key visual for its upcoming Season 34. The new season will start on March 30 in Japan.

The series is known in English as Ninjaboy Rantaro. It first premiered in Japan in 1993. Since then, it has aired more than 2,500 episodes, making it one of the longest-running anime series. The franchise has also released three animated films. The most recent movie premiered in 2024.
The story of Nintama Rantaro is described as follows:
Rantaro, Kirimaru, and Shinbei are far from being excellent ninjas. As they embark on their training at the ninja school, they are joined by their tongue-in-cheek friends, ninja masters, and idol senior ninja trainees. All the unbelievable mistakes and confusion over the course of their training sets the base for loads of fun and entertainment.
