The light novel series Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf! by Suzuki Makishima is getting an anime adaptation, as announced by the official Twitter account for Hobby Japan’s Comic Fire manga website.
The series is still ongoing on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website, with the ninth novel volume released in October 2023. The manga adaptation by Shimo Aono started in December 2018, with the ninth volume released recently. J-Novel Club is releasing both the novels and the manga in English.
Synopsis:
Kazuhiro Kitase’s main hobby is sleeping. Ever since he was young, he would enter a world within his dreams and go on exciting adventures. As he grew older, he became acquainted with a female Elf and the two have now been united through a Dragon’s brand! As he wakes up one day, he notices a familiar figure sleeping next to him…the Elf girl from his dreams?! Join Kazuhiro on his new adventures through Japan with the lovely Ms. Elf!
