The combined Weekly Shonen Jump issue #36/37 (published by Shueisha), featuring a special collaboration cover illustration with Pokémon, was officially released today, August 4. Ahead of its launch, select collaboration artworks were previewed in advance within the same special double issue.
Writers from Weekly Shonen Jump have illustrated their own characters alongside Pokémon from their respective series. New additions include Taro Sakamoto and Chikorita, drawn by SAKAMOTO DAYS creator Yuto Suzuki; Chihiro and Tepig, illustrated by Kagurabachi’s Takeru Hokazono; and Ichi paired with Mega Gallade, drawn by Osamu Nishi of Ichi the Witch.

In the combined 36th and 37th extra-large issue, as well as the 38th issue of Weekly Shonen Jump released on August 18, collaboration illustration stickers are included as special bonuses. Additionally, a total of 7,120 winners will be selected by lottery to receive exclusive original merchandise, including metal art boards, cushions, and postcards.
