At a special panel at Anime Expo 2023, Warner Bros. Japan announced the production of Suicide Squad ISEKAI, an all-new original anime series based on characters from the DC Comics universe! The project has been confirmed by Warner Bros. Japan and WIT Studio (Ranking of Kings, SPY x FAMILY), who will produce the series’ animation.
The anime project will be directed by Eri Osada, with screenplays from Tappei Nagatsuki (Re:ZERO – Starting Life in Another World) and Eiji Umehara (Vivy – Fluorite Eye’s Song). A first teaser visual and trailer was revealed!
