Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister Ends After 4 Years of Serialization

Crunchyroll streams the anime.

Naito Mercy’s Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister concluded with its final chapter in Weekly Shonen Magazine No. 39 (Kodansha), released today, August 27.

The series began serialization in Weekly Shonen Magazine in April 2021 and received a TV anime adaptation in October 2024. The complete 22nd and final volume will be released on October 17. Alongside the standard edition, a special edition including a bonus booklet will also be available.

To celebrate the broadcast of the final episode, special commemorative illustrations were unveiled by Negi Haruba, creator of The Quintessential Quintuplets and Go! Go! Loser Ranger!, as well as Haruko Iizuka, who served as character designer for the TV anime Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister.

Synopsis, according to Kodansha:
Uryu Kamihate has had a rough start to life, but plans to forget it all by achieving his dream-matriculating into medical school. But when he arrives at his new foster home, a working shrine, his dream of a quiet place to study goes up in smoke. Not only will he be living with the three beautiful, lively Amagami sisters-but he learns that he must marry one of them and take over the shrine!
