Toshiya Miyata’s Debut Novel “Kyoukai no Melody” Gets TV Anime Adaptation

Toshiya Miyata, member of the popular idol group Kis-My-Ft2, is set to see his debut novel Kyoukai no Melody adapted into a TV anime.

The announcement confirmed that the cast from the drama CD will reprise their roles for the animated adaptation. However, no further details about the anime’s release date, production studio have been revealed at this time.

Miyata made his debut as a novelist with the first volume of Kyokai no Melody, published by KADOKAWA‘s Media Works Bunko imprint in May 2024. The second volume of the novel and the first volume of its manga adaptation, illustrated by Ikura Sugimoto, are set to release simultaneously in Japan on November 25, 2025.
