In the second season of the TV anime I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince, So I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability, the voice actor Tomoyuki Morikawa will join the cast as the character Civil War.
Details have been revealed for Episode 16, the third episode of the season 2. The episode is set to premiere tomorrow, Wednesday, July 30, at 9:30 AM Pacific Time on Crunchyroll with English subtitles.

With weapons created from Luxal weapons, Sylpha and the group cut down wave after wave of ghouls until they are confronted by the Neuron Blighted, who can control spinal threads. Synopsis:
The qualities valued most in the study of magic are bloodline, aptitude, and effort.
