The TV anime Though I Am an Inept Villainess: Tale of the Butterfly-Rat Body Swap in the Maiden Court is set to premiere in 2026. Manaka Iwami will voice Kou Reirin and Natsumi Kawaida will voice the character Shu Keigetsu. A second teaser visual and video featuring their voices have also been released.
