Tadashi Kubou‘s novel The Water Magician is set to debut as a TV anime in July. Alongside this announcement, the cast, production staff, first promotional video, and a teaser visual were unveiled simultaneously.

Ryo is delighted to be reincarnated into the fantastical world of Phi, where he thinks he’ll get to live a quiet life learning to use his newfound water magic.
