The TV anime The Ramparts of Ice, based on Kocha Agasawa’s work, will begin airing on TBS and other networks in April 2026. Alongside the announcement, a teaser visual, teaser PV, as well as the main cast and staff were revealed.

The Ramparts of Ice, also known in English as Ice Castle Wall, was originally self-published as a webtoon before being serialized on the Line Manga app from January 2020 to April 2022. The series was later collected into 14 print volumes released by Shueisha.
The story follows a solitary high school girl whose cold demeanor and aloof expressions make her seem unapproachable. However, her world shifts when a boy unexpectedly seeks her company. As two more classmates join in, their frustrating yet heartwarming youth begins to unfold.
